Seems to be a few articles easily found on internet and targets migraines - if it helps no real reason not to try unless you are particularly sensitive to large amount of salt. Remember what works for some does not work for all. The suggestion on the sites is to use Himalayan pink salt which has minerals as well as lemon and water to help with dehydration (not the issue for most NDPHers).
I'm just desperate. Not even my headache relief pills are helping (and they do, sometimes).

I've only tried espresso with lemon - tasted weird, but didn't help. ;-)
